Prices
All prices listed on this website are in £ Sterling and include VAT where applicable. The current rate of VAT at 4th January 2011 is 20%. Books and catalogues are zero rated VAT items. If there are any price changes or changes to product specification, which have not been updated on our website, you will be notified before we process your order.


Payment

Paying for your order

When you come to pay for your order you will automatically be transferred to the Paypal website to complete your purchase.

You will be given 2 choices at the front page of the Paypal website.

The first is to pay for your order using your credit or debit card - you do not need to have a Paypal account - this service is one of the most secure methods of online payment.

The second option is to login to your Paypal account, use this option if you already have a Paypal account. It's very simple to use and again offers a very secure and buyer friendly environment.

We have selected to use Paypal for our online payment provider, because they offer one of the safest online payment systems available. We do not store your card details, the whole payment process is handled by paypal. Overseas customers who have not paid enough postage for their orders will be sent a paypal request for payment for the additional amount.

If you would prefer not to use Paypal - please contact us and we would be happy to either take your details over the telephone or provide you with details to transfer payment direct into our bank account.


Ordering
Goods can be ordered via our online store. Or alternatively we are happy to accept orders by post, fax or telephone. The placing of an order is acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Order processing

When you order online you will receive the following email notifications.

  • Order Confirmation - you'll receive this email confirming your order 
  • Pending - this means that your order has been successful
  • Processing - this means that your order has been taken off our website ready to process, if everything is in order your goods will be despatched.
  • On Hold - Awaiting stock - this means that all or part of your order is out of stock
  • On Hold - Awaiting extra postage - if you've ordered from overseas and we need more postage you'll be sent this email notification and a request for the additional funds to cover overseas postage costs.
  • On Hold - Awaiting payment - you'll get this notification if your payment has not been successful.
  • Despatched - when your order has been paid for, the goods are in stock and we've posted it to you.
  • Cancelled - order has been cancelled.



Postage costs
For UK orders our postage costs are 10% of the order total with a minium charge of £2.50 and maximum charge of £6.00. Orders are usually sent out the same working day we receive your order, subject to stock availability. Items up to 1.6kg will be sent by Royal Mail letter post. Items over 1.6kg will be sent by Parcelforce 48 Hour service (UK customers only). Both services take approximately two working days to arrive.

 

For international customers, postage will be charged at cost. Customers will be informed of the cost after the order has been compiled and weighed. Acceptance of the postal charge will be required before goods are dispatched.

Stock Availability
Every effort is made to hold sufficient stock to fulfil your order, however we cannot guarantee that every product will be available from straight from stock. We will, of course, endeavour to fulfil your order as quickly as possible. We will contact you if any item is out of stock informing you of the expected delivery date, if known, for your items. If there are any alternatives that are available we will notify you at the same time.


Cancellation of order, refunds and replacement of goods
As orders are usually sent out the same day we receive your order, should you wish to cancel your order, for whatever reason, please contact us immediately by telephone. If after you have received your order and you wish to return any or all of the goods, for whatever reason, please contact us immediately, so that we can rectify the situation without delay. On all occasions you should retain the original packing that your order arrived in, until we inform you otherwise. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification; audio/video recordings or software that you have unsealed. To cancel, you can email us or write to us (see contact us for details) within seven days of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use them. Item(s) may be returned to us at Prinz Publications UK ltd personally, or we can arrange collection - please note a collection charge may apply. Please check your Account for updates.

Privacy and Data Protection
All information gathered from customer orders or enquiries are dealt with in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. It is not our policy to offer or sell any information gathered from our mail order activities to any third parties. We will however, from time to time, send existing customers details of the wide range of products that we have to offer. If you do not wish to receive these mailings please contact us and we will remove your details from our mailing list.
