This catalogue is devoted to Polish interests outside the mainstream catalogue (see Exporter April 2010), such as Military, Occupation and Local issues. It specifically includes The Posts of Occupation 1914-1918, The Military Posts, Foreign Post Offices in Little Poland, Local Posts 1918-1919, Post in Central Lithuania, Polish Establishment Post outside Poland, Plebiscitary Posts, Court Delivery Stamps, Post of the Free Town Gdansk (including forerunner postmarks on un-overprinted German stamps), German Occupations, Camp Posts, Local Posts of 1944-1945, Postal Stationery and Airmail.

In Polish throughout, it does have translations of the extensive introductory notes in both English and German. Prices in zloti are usually given for mint, unmounted mint, postally used, cancelled to order where relevant, used singly on cover, or in multiples or combinations on cover etc.

Varieties are listed and priced as required and usually high-lighted in yellow in the relevant listing.; Likewise any problematical items may be high-lighted in blue. Both postal and philatelic forgeries are noted as necessary. Some tables of Postal Rates are provided
