Continuing on from Volume 1, which was published in 2006, this second volume of the reference work on the Maltese Cross obliterators covers towns beginning with the letters M to Y.  There are updated sections in this volume on Alexandria and Dursley, and additional chapters on the Irish Knocktopher Special cross, other Maltese Crosses of interest, and Maltese Crosses of uncertain origin.  A third volume is currently being worked on, and will include further revisions and additions, and guides to the late use of the Maltese Cross, coloured crosses, and ‘alternative cancellations' used during the Maltese Cross period.  Fully illustrated in black and white.
