The latest volume in Edward Proud's series on British maritime postal history covers British sea mail in the East.  There are chapters on the Mediterranean Sea, Bombay-Suez (later Aden), Bombay-Karachi, and Rangoon-Calcutta post offices, and marine sorters in the Far East.  The postmarks and sailings of the ships are listed, and there is also a valuation guide (in £ sterling) based on a points system.  Illustrated in black and white.
