This latest edition now includes all issues up to June 2008, and extends to 239pp in the full colour glossy A5 paperback format.; It is a simplified listing but does include miniature sheets, se-tenant items and modern booklets, as well as First Day covers, but no watermark or perforation variations, nor individual self-adhesive stamps, unless only issued in that form.

A very simplified listing of the States is included which does include overprinted Official stamps and Postage Dues.; So too, are the issues for BCOF and Australian Antarctic Territory. Australian Officials, both perfined and overprinted are included, the former in a separate listing, the latter within the main listing. There is a separate section for Framas, but the popular Australian Postage Dues are once again omitted.

Tick boxes are provided for both mint and average used for the States: mint up to decimalization only, but unmounted mint and fine used for all the Australian issues.

Prices are based on a range of dealer prices, auction realisations, advertisements etc.; The minimum price remains at 30c.; A small section of advertisements helps to keep the cover price down to a very competitive level.
